I am a big fan of To Do Lists. I write them everyday. The problem is that I never seem to cross everything off my list at all. Then I just give up and stop writing lists. Does that sound like you?
There is an easier way!
Use Post It Notes. These work because they are small and when the job is done you just throw it in the bin. I have post it notes all over my computer desk and it feels so nice to rip one up and throw them in the bin.
But here is what happened last week. I started on Monday with only a few post it notes. But by Wednesday I was wading in a multitude of post it notes. I think I now need a To Do List to get the post it notes done.
There is a cooler way.
It is called Sticky Screen. Check it out and get started. I am not even going to tell you how to use it. The Sticky Screen says it all.
But I will tell you why it works.
It limits your brain. By just thinking of 3 tasks you will actually spend more time getting the tasks done and less time ‘thinking about thinking’ (hmm… what song is that phrase from)
Task for today: Think of 3 school related tasks and get them done
