With the countless negativity in this world, how do we keep motivated?
Motivate yourself with the A to Z rule.
A. Achieve your dreams: Avoid negative people, things and places. “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” By Eleanor Roosevelt
B. Believe in yourself: Belief in what you can.
C. Consider things on every angle and aspect: Motivation comes from determination. To be able to understand life, you should feel the sun from both sides.
D. Don’t give in and don’t give up: Make motivation as your steering wheel. Thomas Edison failed many, many times before he perfected the light bulb.
E. Enjoy: Motivation takes place when people are happy. Work like you don’t need money, dance as if no one is watching, love as if you never cried, and learn as if you’ll live forever.
F. Family and Friends: They are treasures, don’t lose sight of them.
G. Give more than enough: Motivation and self improvement take place at work, at home, and at school. When doing anything always give it extra effort.
H. Hang on to your dreams: Dreams my dangle for a moment, but these little stars will be your driving force.
I. Ignore those who try to destroy you: Don’t let navigate people get to you. Stay away from friends who hate to hear about your success.
J. Just be Yourself: The key to success is to be you and the key to failure is to try to please everyone else.
K. Keep trying no matter how hard life may seem. Motivated people finally see a harsh life changing and paving the way to success.
L. Learn to Love Yourself: If you don’t know one else will.
M. Make things happen: Motivation is when dreams are put to work.
N. Never lie, cheat or steal: Always play fair and don’t step on someone else to get what you want.
O. Open your eyes: See things in 2 ways. How you want things to be and how they should be.
P. Practice Makes Perfect: Practice is about motivation. It lets us learn how we can recover from our mistakes.
Q. Quitters never win. Winners never quit, so choose your fate, quitter or winner?
R. Ready yourself: Motivation is about preparation. Get started before others get on their feet and try to push you around. After all it wasn’t raining when Noah built the ark.
S. Stop Procrastinating: It will take away your success.
T. Take Control of Your Life: Nobody else can.
U. Understand Others: Learn to listen. Learn to understand first, and to be understood second.
V. Visualize: Motivation without vision is like a boat on dry land.
W. Want it more than anything: Dreaming means believing, I Can! I Can!
X. X Factor is what will make you different from the others: When you are motivated you put on “extras”. Extra time for family, work, friends and extra for dreams.
Y. You are unique: There is no one like you. Value you life and existence, because you’re just going to spend it once.
Z. Zero in on your dreams and Go for It!!! You can do this!

That’s a great list, Debbie.
it’s the sort of list we all need to print and pin up next to our work stations.
I do like “I”. I do my best to ignore those sort.
Andrew
I need to ponder on this list further. There’s a lot of thing I should know to keep myself motivated.
For J:
Just be yourself….i’d say its not enough….
“Just be your BEST self ” would be more appropriate.
purely IMHO
