Day 30: Reward

September 18, 2009

in Motivation

Well done!  This is the last day of the 30 Day Study System.  And I want you to think about rewards.

Small Rewards

Do you reward yourself at the end of a study session?  You should.  Examples could include talking to a friend on MSN or playing a computer game.

Big Rewards

Do you give yourself a reward when you get an assignment or exam back?  You should.  Examples could include going out with friends, buying a new game or CD.

I think it is important to reward yourself if you have made improvements.  Improvements could include getting better grades or spending more time revising and completing the assignments.  It is not your parents job to reward you.  You should be providing your own reward.
