Weren’t the holidays great!  Time to sleep in, no rushing to catch a bus.  You maybe got to watch TV in the morning.

Well not anymore.  You are back to school and you are probably very rushed.

Here are my top Back to School Morning Routines:

  1. Be organized the night before:  Pack bag, get clothes out
  2. Use an alarm clock and don’t use the SNOOZE button
  3. Get up, shower and dressed first
  4. Breakfast – Do not skip it
  5. Finish getting ready

Morning Routines Don’ts

  • Don’t check the computer
  • Don’t turn on the televisnio
  • Don’t text

If you start your day in a positive manner you have more of a chance to continue that positive feeling throughout the day.

Big shout out to my dad for helping me with this post and getting me through school and uni without reading one assignment.

Desk – where do you sit, is it always in the back or near your friends?
Organization – do you have [...]

Homework: Back to School Edition

February 1, 2010

Now that you have been back at school for a couple of days I want you to think about your homework.  Most students would have completed the homework really quickly the first night.  Teacher may have been nice to you and not given you much at all.
But by now it might start to pile on.  [...]
