You know the old saying that a change is as good as a holiday don’t you.  Well the same can be said for studying.  If you study in the same place, at the same time every night your brain will get bored.

And when your brain gets bored you are going to be very effective are you.  So here are some ways you can vary your study routine today:

  1. Try Studying in a different place:
  2. Swap the computer for pen a paper:  I do this all the time as my eyes get tired looking at the computer all day
  3. Go for a walk and recite those notes
  4. Change the time of day you study.

Can you think of any other ways you could change your study routine?
